It's super simple to start up service! Click on the ‘Schedule a Poo Pickup’ tab and fill out your information. It should only take approximately two minutes or less! Once we get your email we will reply back to confirm your scheduled service.
We work in just about any weather conditions. However, we will not work in lightning, or severe thunderstorms. But if the rain is ruled unsafe to work in, we will get your yard the next day that is cleared to work.
Ice and Snow: If there is ever any ice or snow on the roads or ground we will not be able to scoop until all roads are safe for us to travel and the yards are clear. If we have to miss the visit due to inclement weather we will pick it up on your next scheduled day. No credit will be given because we are picking up two weeks of waste on the next visit.
We will email you a statement on the 15th of each month. This statement is a bill for your next month's service. Your statement lists the services you will receive and the amount due. Payment is always due on the 1st of each month. If we don't receive payment by the 10th we will be forced to suspend service until payment is made. New customers will be billed for the current month and it is due before service.
We accept PayPal payments through the "Payment" button on our web site, which in turn allows you to pay by all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express—just choose "Don't have a PayPal account?" to pay by credit card. We also accept Interac e-Transfers, cash and/or cheque/money order. Please make cheques/money orders out to ‘Matt Neiman’.
